1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 91md platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 91md as the platform operator. Your continued use of this platform following any changes to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 91md platform is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 91md services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 91md shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
- Registration information must be accurate and not misleading.
- You must notify 91md immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Sharing your login credentials with others is prohibited and any risks incurred are entirely your own responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
91md users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate the platform's systems.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security and integrity of 91md's systems.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform or its transactions.
- Using the platform on behalf of another person or acting as an agent without prior written authorisation.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or rewards programmes through dishonest means.
91md reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 91md platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and major Malaysian online banking services.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are from a legitimate source and belong to you. 91md reserves the right to request proof of ownership or identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's prevailing policies.
- Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Any charges or fees imposed by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Transactions suspected of being fraudulent will be investigated and may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
- Bonus funds are subject to their own usage conditions as stated in the respective promotional terms.
91md bears no liability for losses resulting from delays or processing failures caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
91md shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. 91md's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 91md platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 91md or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 91md's brand name or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

The 91md platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 91md does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access these links at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
91md reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary by management. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support.
Changes to These Terms
91md reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and if unresolved, referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
